The Embassy of Japan and the Japan Foundation are proud to organise “Rakugo in English – Lecture & Demonstration” on 22 September, 2009. Rakugo is a traditional form of Japanese comical story-telling which has more than 400 years of history. Mr. Kaishi KATSURA will give a one-night only Rakugo performance in Singapore. Mr. KATSURA, who is fluent in English, has performed in the USA, Australia and various other countries. He will bring a night of laughter!
